This picture of BackTracker shows the access door removed.  The variable resistors that adjust the time for the DELAY between horn blasts, and the HORN ON for how long the horn remains on when it is activated are visible.  Turning the resistors counterclockwise decreases the time and clockwise increases the time.  DO NOT USE FORCE WHEN ADJUSTING THE RESISTORS.  THEY WILL BREAK!   The fuses are also visible.
